Devon Allman talks music, Allman legacy on HPR's All Things Considered

The Devon Allman Band performs at the Blue Note tonight for 6:30 and 9 p.m. shows. One of the sons of Gregg Allman, he didn't meet his famous father until he was a teenager, and has himself become a formidable guitarist, keyboardist and vocalist. He took time to explore his love for classic rock and soul, and told stories of how the music of bands like Kiss and The Spinners helped shape him in a conversation with HPR All Things Considered Host Dave Lawrence.
